Leadership

Is explaining a position, staking it w/o cover, and persuading others of it's value. Is sometimes ordering people. Is sometimes making decisions without getting proper sign offs. Is getting people to do things after they have waffled for hours. Is figuring out what's the best solution for another party while protecting your interests. Is listening to all sides but not pandering to all sides. Is getting people to do things and not feel burdened. Is making feel confident in their actions because you agree.

Corporate America should be fun and engaging.
